Do I need to be home when you provide landscaping or hardscaping service?
In most cases, no. As long as our team has access to the areas where work will be performed, you do not need to be home. We ask that gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and the work area is accessible before our arrival.
Do you offer both residential and commercial services?
Yes. We work with residential homeowners as well as commercial properties, businesses, HOAs, property managers, and other organizations throughout the Delmarva area.
Do you offer one-time services or only recurring maintenance?
We offer both. Customers can contact us for recurring property maintenance as well as one-time projects such as cleanups, trimming, mulching, lawn renovation, irrigation work, landscaping, and other property improvements.
What happens if bad weather affects my scheduled service?
Weather is part of working outdoors. Rain, storms, extreme heat, or unsafe ground conditions may cause us to adjust the schedule. When this happens, our team works to get affected properties completed as soon as conditions allow.
How do I request additional work while I'm already a customer?
Simply contact our office or submit a request through your customer account. If our crew notices something that may need attention while they are on your property, we may also document it and recommend additional services.
